YEF welcomes three new Non-Executive Directors to its Board

YEF has welcomed three new Non-Executive Directors to its Board: Ferrah Dagli, Kirrily Noonan, and Luke Giuliani. Justin Lichtblau was also appointed as an Advisor to YEF’s Brand & Partnerships Committee.

Ferrah, Kirrily and Luke are highly respected leaders bringing a wealth of experience, insight, and passion for creating positive impact. The new Directors will strengthen the organisation’s capability and strategic position as it continues empowering communities through the energy transition.

 

Ferrah Dagli

Ferrah Dagli GAICD is an experienced executive leader in people, culture and organisational transformation. She has held senior roles with ANZ Bank, HSBC London, Willis Towers Watson, dentsu International and Deloitte across Australia, Asia and the United Kingdom, and now serves as an independent Strategic Advisor. Ferrah brings deep capability in organisational design, leadership development, culture transformation and workforce strategy, with experience spanning financial services, creative industries, consulting and the Victorian public sector. She has led major transformation programs and has significant experience in digital, data and AI‑enabled workforce change. She is passionate about building high‑performing, inclusive and purpose‑driven organisations, and brings strong experience supporting leadership teams through growth, transformation and strategic change.

 

Kirrily Noonan

Kirrily Noonan is a senior energy sector leader with extensive experience in government policy, strategy and stakeholder engagement across Victoria’s energy transition. She has held leadership roles within the Victorian Government, contributing to major initiatives involving renewable energy, distributed energy resources, neighbourhood batteries and energy system transformation. Kirrily brings deep expertise in public policy, regulatory frameworks and cross-sector collaboration, with a strong understanding of the opportunities and challenges facing communities as the energy transition accelerates. Her experience working across government, industry and community stakeholders provides valuable insight into delivering practical and impactful clean energy outcomes.

 

Luke Giuliani

Luke Giuliani is a technology, strategy and governance leader with more than 15 years’ experience working across the not-for-profit, startup, commercial and energy sectors. He has held executive leadership roles focused on technology transformation, organisational growth, stakeholder engagement and innovation, including within Australia’s energy industry. Luke has served as a Non-Executive Director with climate and community-focused organisations including Climate Action Network Australia and Climate for Change. He brings expertise in partnerships, fundraising, digital strategy and organisational development, and is passionate about supporting initiatives that accelerate the transition to a clean, equitable and community-centred energy future.
